Policies
Rental rates are based on maximum occupancy of six (6) persons.
Minumimum age for rental contract is 25 years old.
No pets or smoking
$100 cleaning fee
Deposit required to hold reservation - $500 security deposit (fully refundable); 1/2 due at time of reservation.
Full payment for rental period must be received 30 days prior to check-in date.
Arrangements for keys will be made once payment is received
All payments must be made in US funds by bank or personal check, money order, travelers check or wire transfer. Sorry, we do not accept credit cards at this time.
